Services

For those purchasing new residential property, we can carry out home buyer reports (Level 1 & 2) and building survey (Level 3). We can also carry out detailed inspections by one of our Chartered Building Surveyors on specific issues if you yourself have identified something you would like diagnosing or your insurance or mortgage providers have requested it.

In addition, we also offer boundary dispute reports, expert witness reports as well as dilapidation reports and schedule of conditions.
